How long is the delivery?

Depending on your chosen shipping method, your order will be delivered within 4 working days (standard delivery), or next day (next day delivery). Find more information in our Shipping Policy.

Where is my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number after your order has been despatched to you email or phone. Based on your chosen courier method, you can track your order on their websites.

I have the tracking number, but cannot track?

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

When will my order be despatched?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does NOT include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1 pm GMT+1 will be shipped out the following day. If you order after 1 pm GMT+1 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. In some cases, despatch may take longer due to high demand or unusual circumstances.

I did not receive an Order Confirmation email.

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder first. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will make sure you receive it.

Can I return for a refund?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers and Sale items which are non-refundable) within 14 days of receiving your order only if returned in Original Packaging and Tags still attached accompanied by a the Order packing slip.

The Customer will be liable for the Return Postage Costs. If your order is received damaged or does not work, Smartwatches 4 Kids will cover the return costs.

Do I need a SIM card for the watch?

Only models 2G and 4G require a SIM card in order for the two-way communication features to work when not connected to WIFI. SIM cards are not included.

Does the 4G/2G watch need to be connected to a smartphone to make calls & texts?

Absolutely not! The 4G and 2G smartwatch does not need to be connected to any device, it has a sim-card slot to insert PAYG (Pay-as-you-go) SIMs to make calls or texts.

How can I check the balance on a paygosim card?

The device rejects unknown numbers automatically. This including the automated messages sent by the providers to warn of low balance, so you will be able to see these messages inside the
guardian app. 

Another option would be to place the SIM card on a mobile phone and call the necessary number to check the available
balance.

An easier option would be to be on contract with a unlimited calls and texts option with a basic data plan for usage of the features.

I've inserted the SIM but its notworking. How can I fix this?

The data connection is very important for the functioning of many of the features (sos, voice-video calling, etc,).
If the card is not being recognized, you many have inserted the sim card after
the device was powered on. 

 

To fix this:

Remove the sim and power the device off. Insert the SIM card once the device is off. Power on the device. Scroll to the network settings in the device and select mobile data. Ensure the correct APN settings are selected (if you are pay-as-you-go make sure it is on that, and vice versa for contract SIM). 

If it is still not working check to
make sure you have credit on the SIM, or there are not any bars on the account preventing services from working. 

If it still does not work, you may need to replace the SIM with your network provider.
