All UK Mainland orders are sent within 1 working day and are normally delivered within 1-3 business days of your order being placed depending on which delivery service is applicable. All orders received by 1 pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery and Dispatch time in the UK

1. FREE Next Day Delivery

FREE Next Day DELIVERY available for selected smartwatches only, orders over £25.00 only. Please note, some areas can take longer. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Therefore, if you place an order on the weekend with Free Next Day Delivery, you will receive it on a Tuesday/Wednesday.

2. Standard Delivery

If you selected a Standard Delivery and placed an order before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded), your order will be sent by Royal Mail (which in some cases may take up to 5 business days). Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

3. Express Delivery

If you selected an Express Delivery and placed an order before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded), your order will be sent by Royal Mail (which in some cases may take up to 3 business days). Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

Orders with insufficient or wrong information will take longer as we try to gather the correct information.

Once orders are in transit with Royal Mail/DPD, we cannot add any changes to address details, we have no control over delivery times, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers) within 14 days of receiving your order only if returned in Original Packaging and Tags still attached, unused, accompanied by a copy of the Order Packing Slip. The Customer will be liable for the Return Postage Costs. Additionally, the Money Back Guarantee does NOT apply to international orders or sale items. If you are entitled to replacement, refund or store credit, the item has to be returned to our main warehouse in the UK by using our return portal and correct return address. If 14 Days period has passed, we are unable to offer Money Back Guarantee. However, if the item is faulty we are happy to replace or refund the item (within 30 days).
